The Children's Cabinet offers classes online. These video presentations are being offered as a service for parents, grandparents and other caregivers. Our goal is to help adults improve their relationships with children by making parenting education accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Video recordings from several Community Education parenting workshops are available below. These workshops are regularly offered by our Community Education program, in addition to several others which are aimed at meeting a variety of parenting challenges. The workshop selection will be expanded as new video recordings become available. Some of the workshop sessions are divided into 10-15 minute blocks to make them easier to view. Please view the sessions in order to get the most benefit from the material.

Currently the video is viewable with Windows Media Player (optimized for version 9). The video is best viewed over a high speed (cable, DSL, ISDN or T1) Internet connection. Slower speed connections may cause the video to stop playing or lag. As more content becomes available, we may post versions for other media players. The Windows Media Player can be downloaded from the Windows Update site (Recommended Method) or by clicking on the following link and selecting the proper download: Microsoft Download Center: Windows Media

To view any of the video segments, simply click on one of the links below. Another window will open allowing you to select the sessions you wish to view. By clicking on the links in this second window, Windows Media Player will open and the video will then begin playing. Please be sure your speakers are turned on, as there are no subtitles offered at this time.
