The Employer Support Service is available to support the growing demand on businesses to meet the child care needs of their employees, so that their workforce may be present and productive during business hours. Businesses or organizations may contract with The Children's Cabinet to provide enhanced resource and referral services to their employees.

The Children's Cabinet assists the employees in locating quality child care, with immediate availability and preferences for care in mind. Instead of needlessly calling multiple child care providers, employees are able to focus on their work at hand, knowing that the task of finding child care is being done for them. While employees make all decisions regarding their child's care, Cabinet staff can provide them with the information necessary to seek quality child care and make an informed choice.
