The Children’s Cabinet has an opening for a part-time Communications Manager in the Reno area. The Communications Manager will be responsible for raising community awareness of The Children’s Cabinet’s mission and programs. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan with strategies for utilizing media and corporate contacts, website and social media content, advertisements, public service announcements, and media releases.  Please read the job description for further details.

Quality-Specialist-QRIS Coaching-May 2016 –  Interested, qualified applicants should submit their resumes to HR@childrenscabinet.org for consideration.

The Children’s Cabinet has an opening for a full-time QRIS Coach in the Reno area. The QRIS Coach will provide onsite Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) coaching and training to programs operating in school districts and/or licensed child care locations in an effort to build capacity to provide quality early learning programs. This position requires an understanding of best practices in Early Childhood Education; State of Nevada licensing regulations; school district Pre-K Programming; Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) and/or Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS); Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), and Nevada’s Silver State Stars QRIS.  Please read the job description for specifics.

The Children’s Cabinet is hiring for a  Case Manager for the ENLIVEN program in Las Vegas, NV.  The ENLIVEN Case Manager works with clients 15 to 25 years of age who are experiencing, or in early stages of their first episode of a psychotic disorder.  The Case Manager works collaboratively with the client and the ENLIVEN team to assess, plan, develop, coordinate and provide treatment, rehabilitation and support.  This position will report to the ENLIVEN Coordinator. The Children’s Cabinet is seeking qualified applicants to fill a Case Manager position at Summit View.  This Case Manager will conduct intakes; determine eligibility; and develop a plan for the youth including long term and short term goals.  Please read attached job description for specifics. The Children’s Cabinet is seeking a Therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Intern, /Intern or MFT/Intern)for the ENLIVEN program in Las Vegas, NV.  This position provides direct services to youth and families referred to the Enliven program for First Episode Psychosis.  The therapist will provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to the Enliven clients and families.  The therapist will also facilitate group psychotherapy.  The therapist works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary Enliven team to support and encourage the clients towards recovery.  The Therapist reports to the Enliven Team Lead for administrative and clinical issues.
