Re-Engagement Center

The purpose of the Re-Engagement Center is to identify vanished Washoe County School District students (ages 14-18) and to offer them case management services and assistance with transitioning back in to school.

The Re-Engagement Center identifies and  provides case management and opportunities for Washoe County students who are vanished form the WCSD. We assist with integrating these students back into traditional or non-traditional schools, and or assist those that are trying to obtain their high school equivalency test (HSET). The Children’s Cabinet’s Re-Engagement Center helps youth and their families to navigate systems and to gain access to resources and referrals they need to be successful.
