Halloween Bash at the Peppermill Resort on October 28th

Free family-friendly trick-or-treating, discounted game play at Game Lab Arcade

WHO:                   For over 30 years, The Children’s Cabinet mission has been keeping children safe and families together by providing services and resources that address the community’s unmet needs. Offering more than 30 programs for children up to 24 years old, services include providing food and shelter, crisis intervention and case management, academic support and tutoring, job training and transitional living, parenting classes, child care subsidies, and free family counseling. The Children’s Cabinet was recently awarded a $1.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, allowing the organization to continue growing its successful YouthBuild program for teens and young adults in Washoe County.

WHAT:                 Kids (and kids at heart) will have a spook-tacular time at Game Lab’s Halloween Bash, a family-friendly trick-or-treating experience. Multiple candy stations will be set up throughout the arcade for children, and costumed guests of all ages can get $25 in game play for just $10.

One hundred percent of the Halloween Bash proceeds, including all game play during event hours, will benefit The Children’s Cabinet.

WHEN:                 Friday, October 28, 2016, from 5–9pm

WHERE:               Game Lab Arcade inside Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, located at 2707 S. Virginia Street.
