2017 Art of Childhood Committee

This special event benefits The Children’s Cabinet’s programs and supports our mission to keep children safe and families together.

Here are some of the reasons you won’t want to miss this year’s event:

  • Enjoy an evening at the beautiful and historic Governor’s Mansion in Carson City, with fantastic food and wine as well as our first-class live and silent auctions. Gourmet dinner provided by the Grand Sierra Resort.
  • Grammy Award-winning country artist Ronnie Milsap will be performing.
  • Help honor this year’s Dixie May Philanthropy Award recipient, Butch Anderson.
  • Embrace an opportunity to hear from some of the youth who are part of The Children’s Cabinet family. Our program will spotlight Redfield Academy, a special place where Washoe County students who are at risk of dropping out of high school find success, achieving graduation and other life-changing goals.
