We will go through the importance of effective engagement while incorporating multiple intelligences. We will go over understanding and supporting adult development.  Also\, we will discuss how to lead engaging meetings for staff with intentional plans. We will review ways to establish strong pillar practices and use reflective practices to help staff use safe group interactions (This is a part of a series but can be taken individually).
