We will go through the importance of effective\, engaged and well educated teachers and how high quality programs are how we can keep them on staff. \nTraining Objectives: \n1.Discuss and identify develop purposeful professional development plans. \n2.Learn how and why these are important to keeping staff. \n3.Learn how to apply integrated professional development plans. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
