This training session will empower early learning administrative staff and leaders to embed 5 Essential Skills for an Early Childhood Educators staff\, showing them patience\, communication\, creativity\, organization and enthusiasm. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . Discuss the importance of using Employability Skills for Career Readiness Standards. \n2 . Explore ways to intergrade the strategies throughout their programs. \n3 . Discuss and reflect on some ideas to promote these strategies and embed them into their learning environments. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
