We will review how the Pyramid Model and QRIS programs align to support providers in finding strategies to decrease challenging behaviors in their classrooms. \nTraining Objectives: \n1﻿. 	Participants will recognize the relationship between Pyramid Model and QRIS programs. \n2﻿. Participants will identify suspension and expulsion practices \n3﻿. Participants will identify form and function of behavior and gain understanding that behavior is a form of communication.\n \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
