They will learn the keys factors of how an environment can affect behaviors and have the opportunity to brainstorm and reflect on techniques to support positive exchanges to improve challenging behaviors. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . By the end of the session\, participants will discover reasons children have challenging behaviors and how to support them. \n2 . By the end of the session\, participants will evaluate how an environment can affect behaviors. \n3 . By the end of the session\, participants will identify how to guide children to increase positive exchanges and decrease challenging behavior. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. In addition to communication\, we will discuss avoiding power struggles\, managing anger\, and conflict resolution. Your children will have the benefit of the support and care they so deserve.
