During this training\, we will learn about the barriers and give you techniques you can use to empower and engage your staff in their work environment. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . By the end of this session\, the learner will recall some quick fixes and long hauls in staff motivation. \n2 . By the end of this session\, the learner will identify eight ways to motivate employees. \n3 . By the end of this session\, the learner will demonstrate strategies to empower their staff that they can implement into their programs. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
