We will go over the differences of how to staff regarding the staff-to-child ratios and appropriate rest periods for children and ways to incorporate family engagement strategies during these hours of care. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . Learners will get an understanding of how to provide strong administrative support for non-traditional hours of care. \n2 . Learners will attain strategies to support Rest and Ratios- Staffing from the administrative perspective. \n3 . Learners will discuss ways to incorporate family engagement strategies during these hours of care. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
