Tips for facilitating and managing centers are also covered. \nTraining Objectives: \n1.To understand the importance of having readily accessible self-directed\, learner-centered SET experiences. \n2.To know how to integrate elements of effective SET afterschool learning centers. \n3. To know how to facilitate and manage centers and to develop opportunities for youth to think\, act\, and nurture the scientist in each of them.

They will also be given resources to support their efforts in promoting identity development. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . By the end of this session\, learners will restate the phases of identity development that takes place in early childhood. \n2 . By the end of this session\, learners will illustrate the ways they can create a sense of belonging in their classroom. \n3 .
