They will also be given resources to support their efforts in promoting identity development. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . By the end of this session\, learners will restate the phases of identity development that takes place in early childhood. \n2 . By the end of this session\, learners will illustrate the ways they can create a sense of belonging in their classroom. \n3 . By the end of this session\, learners will choose a Vroom tip they can use to promote positive identity development. \n \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
