In this session\,we will discuss what process art is\, and what product art is. We will explore a variety of materials we can use. We will also talk about the benefits the children get from creating through process art. \n \nTraining Outcomes: \n1 . Learners will recognize and define the difference between process and product art. \n2 . Learners will describe some benefits the children experience when doing process art. \n3 . Learners will demonstrate process art using different materials. \n \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. The goal of the training is to demonstrate a model for responding to sexual behaviors\, promote healthy child development\, and prevent child sexual abuse. \nP lease Note: This training DOES NOT satisfy the requirements of the 2 hour requirement every five years to complete “recognizing and reporting abuse”. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
