We will discuss how to use the NAEYC’s real life examples and policies to help the families and educators enhance their relationships. \nTraining Objective: \n1. Participants will understand concepts of importance of family engagement for the ECE environment. \n2.Participants will learn how to incorporate NAEYC policies and strategies to improve or create a Family Engagement system. \n3. Participants will learn how to promote this engagement system within their curriculum socially and academically.

Participants will gain an understanding of how they can let them families participate more in the classroom.  \nTraining Objectives:  \n\n Participants will gain knowledge of working with dual language learners\nParticipants will gain skills and ideas to use in their classroom to promote dual language learning. \nParticipants will gain skill to collaborate with their dual language learning families\n\nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
