Learn causes and symptoms of stress and effective stress management strategies. \nTraining Objectives: \n1. Participants will be able to define self-care and describe what it looks like in their lives. \n2. Participants will identify sources and symptoms of stress. \n3. Participants will identify physical\, cognitive and emotional behavior techniques for stress management. \n \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
