Did you know that conflict can be really healthy for children if it is resolved in a healthy way? During this course\, you will learn why conflict is healthy and ways that you can guide children to resolve conflict. \nLearning Outcomes: \n\nLearners will identify common misconceptions about conflict and conflict resolution.\nLearners will recognize the importance of conflict and conflict resolution.\nLearners will recall skills to support children with successful and healthy conflict resolution.\n\nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
