Participants will recognize and name signs and symptoms of abuse/neglect/maltreatment. \n2 . Participants will know the do’s and don’ts of how to respond to a child who is disclosing potential abuse/neglect/maltreatment. \n3 . Participants will be familiar with the child protection process before and after a report is made. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
