In this training\, we will embark on an expedition to navigate through a jungle of different territories related to handling temper tantrums. We will learn practical strategies and navigate reactions to find the calm again. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . By the end of this session\, learners will identify key signs\, triggers and developmental factors associated with temper tantrums in young children. \n2 . By the end of this session\, learners will implement and practice effective strategies for managing temper tantrums. \n3 . By the end of this session\, learners will describe the impact of teacher reactions on tantrums and adapt strategies to respond effectively. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. Learners will be able to understand the importance of how the brain develops focusing on cognitive and executive function development unfolds. \n2. Learn ways to support these early years of cognitive and executive functions development. \n3. Learners will have more confidence in caring for children and supporting the overall importance of health development in the cognitive and executive functions of the brain.
