Participants will learn how to use formal and informal tools effectively in the classroom. \n \nTraining Outcomes: \n1 . Learners will know about the difference in assessments tools. \n2 . Learners will understand why observations and assessment are important to meet the children needs. \n3 . Learners will know the difference between formal and informal assessments and observations \n \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
