Participants MUST ATTEND ALL FOUR SESSIONS in order to receive certificate.  The dates for the training are: 9/9; 9/16; 9/23; 9/30. \n**This training can be taken to meet the Child Development/Guidance & Discipline training requirement.

We will discuss what NAEYC is and how these practices will enhance their observation\, documentations\, and assessments within their classroom environments. We will discuss how assessments should be focused on children’s progress toward developmental and educational goals. Also\, we will go over how to recognize individual’s variation of learning and allow children to demonstrate their competencies in different ways. Lastly\, we will review the importance of the continuation and follow-ups of these are truly just as important.
