We will review how the Pyramid Model and the QRIS programs align to support providers in finding strategies to decrease challenging behaviors in their classroom. \nTraining Objectives: \n1﻿.Participants will recognize the relationship between Pyramid Model and QRIS Programs. \n2﻿.Participants will identify suspension and expulsion practices. \n3﻿.Participants will identify form and function of behavior and gain an understanding that behavior is a form of communication. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
