DESCRIPTION:Please be aware that you will be asked to adhere to all current social distancing guidelines and COVID-19 safety protocols\n\n\nInstructor: Hannah West \nNevada Registry Approved: 1.5 Hours \nCKA: Human Growth & Development \nParticipants will reinforce their knowledge of early brain development and the science behind the national Vroom initiative. Participants will also develop a deeper understanding of how brain building strategies are easily embedded into Child Care Resources and Referral (CCR&R) outreach and services. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . Reinforce participant’s knowledge of early brain development and the science behind the national Vroom initiative. \n2 . Discuss and identify executive functions and how they develop in the brain. \n3 . Discuss the Importance of early relational health\, and provide framework to promote healthy relationships between parents/providers and children. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
