Anyone interested can sign up for a one-day training session. \nThe course introduces common mental health challenges for youth\, reviews typical adolescent development\, and teaches a 5-step action plan to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. If you are signed up for a course\, you will receive an email with links to the pre-work\, a link to the pre-test\, and how to access the course online. \nSpanish and group trainings are available upon request.
