DESCRIPTION:In-Person\n\n\nInstructor: Janna Mason \nNevada Registry Approved: 2.0 Hours \nCKA: Environment & Curriculum \nThis training will teach how the classroom environment\, including room arrangement\, schedules and transitions\, and positive interactions\, work together to build a cooperative classroom and a positive learning atmosphere for young children. \nTraining Objectives: \n1 . Understand what classroom management and guidance\, and what it is not. \n2 . Learn how room arrangement\, schedules and transitions\, and positive interactions and activities combined build a cooperative classroom\, as well as provide a positive learning environment for young children. \n3 . Identify specific techniques to address challenging behaviors. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
