Participants will understand how communication and language skills develop in the first 5 years of life\, the brain’s role in the development of these skills and how to support them.\n \nTraining Objectives: \n1﻿. Participants will learn and understand communication milestones birth to 5 years old. \n2﻿. Participants will learn strategies for supporting early communication skills. \n3﻿. Participants will understand multi-language learning. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training. It demonstrates skills for raising children in the unique blended family environment\, along with powerful communication and negotiation skills to strengthen marriage and family.
