One or two mischievous behaviors from the children can completely alter the setup for the day. The behaviors are bound to break the day. \nTraining Objectives: \n1. To learn what Positive Guidance is and how it factors in a classroom. \n2. To acquaint participants with guidance techniques or strategies and when to use each. \n3. To learn a step-by-step process for responding to challenging behavior. \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
