This session will also include an update on the 2025 legislative session\, highlighting key discussions and potential outcomes affecting child care. \nLearning Outcomes: \n1.Participants will be able to identify and articulate at least two key advocacy recommendations. \n2.Participants will be able to summarize the current status of at least one significant piece of legislation discussed during the 2025 legislative session that has the potential to impact child care in Nevada. \n3.Participants will be able to describe at least one concrete way their experiences and feedback can directly contribute to shaping future advocacy efforts for child care. \n \nEach professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
