CKA: Family & Community Relationships
Participants will learn to promote and implement family engagement in the early childhood environment. We will discuss how to use the NAEYCs real life examples and policies to help the families and educators enhance their relationships.
Training Objectives:
1. Participants will understand concepts of importance of family engagement for the ECE environment.
2. Participants will learn how to incorporate NAEYC policies and strategies to improve or create a Family Engagement system.
3. Participants will learn how to promote this engagement system within their curriculum socially and academically.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
