Wraparound support, also known as Case Management, is offered to every child and family that gets assistance from The Children’s Cabinet. Case Managers work with parents and youth to identify unmet needs and concerns from family interactions, to school issues, to financial stability and other areas of family wellness. The case manager then helps the family develop a plan to access resources, change behavior, and achieve goals. If you are unsure if Wraparound Support is right for your family, you can contact us to speak with a case manager about what is on your mind.
