CKA: Leadership & Professional Development

In this learning event, participants will learn how stress affects us in our daily activities. They will also learn to recognize their stressors and techniques to reduce stress.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this learning event participants will be able to describe how stress can affect them

2 . By the end of this learning event participants will be able to determine their sources of stress.

3 . By the end of this learning event participants will be able to use techniques learned to reduce stress.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
