Understanding Autism: A Brief Overview

This section introduces the basics of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including its history, how diagnoses have evolved, and what they mean today. Parents will learn about key resources available for support and education, and explore current evidence-based practices that help children with autism thrive. The goal is to empower families with knowledge and tools to better understand and support their child’s unique needs. (2-hour class.)
