Keeping Children Safe and Families Together

At The Children’s Cabinet, our mission is to keep children safe and families together. We provide programs and services at no charge to youth and their families in our community. We support young children to young adults, so that they can thrive within their schools, their families, and their neighborhoods. There is no wrong door, and we will ensure those who need us are provided the proper resources regardless of their circumstances.

Cabinet Spotlight:
Cathy Mello

Cathy is our Parent & Community Education Specialist.

“I do it because I am passionate about early childhood education and it’s an honor to be able to go out into the community and support parents as their children’s first teacher. Working for the Children’s Cabinet is the perfect place for me to work so that I can be part of the village it takes for parents to feel supported as their children grow.”

Thank you, Cathy, for all you do – we appreciate you!
