We will discuss the importance of employability skills amongst all staff in the early learning environment. This training session will empower early learning administrative staff and leaders to embed 5 Essential Skills for an Early Childhood Educators staff, showing them patience, communication, creativity, organization and enthusiasm.

Training Objectives:

1 . Discuss the importance of using Employability Skills for Career Readiness Standards.

2 . Explore ways to intergrade the strategies throughout their programs.

3 . Discuss and reflect on some ideas to promote these strategies and embed them into their learning environments.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.

If you have questions or concerns, or need additional information about this process, feel free to contact the Professional Development Training Coordinator at 702-825-8978.
