Child Development/ Guidance and Discipline

CKA: Human Growth and Development

Learning Summary: Participants will be learning about developmental milestones for children ages 0 to 8 years old. We will also be discussing how incorporate age appropriate materials to help the developmental ranges that you may see within your classroom.

Learning Outcomes:

1 . Learners will Identify What Child development, Guidance, and Discipline means?

2 . Learners will Discuss how and why the basic skills of implementing Child Development, Guidance, and Discipline within your class

3 . Learners will Learn how to apply Child Development, Guidance, and Discipline strategies within the curriculum

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
