This training will teach how the classroom environment, including room arrangement, schedules and transitions, and positive interactions, work together to build a cooperative classroom and a positive learning atmosphere for young children.
Training Objectives:
1 . Understand what classroom management and guidance, and what it is not.
2 . Learn how room arrangement, schedules and transitions, and positive interactions and activities combined build a cooperative classroom, as well as provide a positive learning environment for young children.
3 . Identify specific techniques to address challenging behaviors.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
