Learners will recall how children will learn through shape exploration. Learners will review and discuss ways to incorporate shape activities into their practices. Learners will understand how shapes help children develop different skills. Learners will participate in group discussion to check for understanding.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this session, learners will recall how to promote language skills with children.

2 . By the end of this session, learners will be able to identify ways to incorporate shape play into the classroom.

3 . By the end of this session, learners will apply the environmental teaching strategies with the children to promote children’s shape awareness.
