Learning Summary: Team building is an essential component in implementing a successful educational program. It is crucial to create a team of cohesive and motivated employees who operate well together. This team building session allows participants to create collaboration, trust, and a sense of purpose among their teams.

•Learners will demonstrate best practices that support self-regulation.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
