This team building session allows participants to create collaboration, trust, and a sense of purpose among their teams.

- Define what team building is and its connection to having a successful program
- Summarize some team building strategies they can readily use in their workplaces.
- Solve some conflict scenarios by creating a plan of action
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
