Mind in the Making Life Skill #2: Perspective Taking

Learning Summary: “Perspective Taking is seeing things as others would see them…” We will explore perspective taking as a life skill and how it relates to our executive functions. Join us in learning everyday ways to promote Perspective Taking and help prepare children for success in school, friendship, and life.f it.
Learning Outcomes:
1.Learners will recognize that the life skill of Perspective Taking calls on Executive Functions.
2.Learners will summarize how Perspective Taking emerges in chidren over time.
3.Learners will demonstrate the impact of Perspective Taking on adult and children’s lives.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
