Learning Summary: After gaining a foundational understanding of cultural awareness, participants will navigate their way into creating a welcoming working environment that fosters diversity and celebrates differences.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Learners will establish a working definition of what cultural awareness is.
2. Learners will identify the four levels of cultural awareness.
3. Learners will illustrate strategies on promoting cultural awareness.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
