CKA: Family and Community Relationships
Participants will learn to promote and implement family engagement in the early childhood environment. We will discuss how to use the NAEYC’s real life examples and policies to help the families and educators enhance their relationships. In addition, we will learn how to embed the policies and learn from these example to create your own family engagement system within your early childhood environment. Lastly, we will discuss the importance of a how having a successful family engagement and using these approaches can really make this work a part of a coordinated school- or program-wide system.
