We will discuss and share techniques on ways to teach children the ability to identify, understand and express emotions in a healthy way.

Training Objectives:

1. Participants will be able to recognize anger.

2. Participants will be able to use strategies to calm down.

3. Participants will be able to learn techniques to express anger appropriately.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
