CKA: Positive Interactions and Guidance
One of the biggest challenges facing an afterschool program staff is guiding the behavior of youth. One or two misbehaving children can completely alter the planned outcomes of the day. Positive guidance techniques are important tools for assuring that all youth can positively benefit from the program.
