It will link these concepts to the upcoming Endorsement launch and to the daily work of Early Childhood participants. This will directly support early childhood educators.

Training Objective:

1. Learn to identify their role as a participant in the IECMH workforce and their role’s location on the continuum of promotion, prevention, and intervention/treatment.

2.Learn how to consider the connection between self-awareness, reflection, and IECMH services.

3. Discuss the origins of Ghosts in the Nursery, Angels in the Nursery and their role as foundational IECMH theories.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training. If you have questions or concerns, or need additional information about this process, feel free to contact the Professional Development Training Coordinator at 702-825-8978
