Learning Event Sumary:
In Focusing on Relationships, a module of the Pyramid Model Infant-Toddler Module Series, participants will explore the importance and complexities of developing relationships between caregivers, families, and children.
Learning Outcomes:
•Learners will understand how attachments and relationships build over time
•Learners will learn ways to grow relationships with children and families.
•Learners will learn how the influence of culture and family factors can affect your role as a caregiver.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
