This Learning event will cover how to have a balanced daily schedule, transitional activities that help children move from one activity to another without issues. Using displays in the classroom to help be a reminder of rules and regulations. Develop a simple delivery of open-ended questions throughout the day.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this session, learners will be able to explain how an environment can encourage self-discipline and independence in children.

2 . By the end of this session, learners can explain how to make schedules and transitions effective in flow and in helping children with behaviors.

3 . By the end of this session, learners will show methods to arrange classroom, materials, and displays to help children with schedules and transitions in a positive manner.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
