Participants will learn effective techniques in the implementation of schedules, routines and transitions. Participants will discuss how to modify and adapt materials and activities to meet the individual needs of all children, including those with disabilities.
Training Objectives:
1. Participants will learn to identify considerations for different age groups.
2. Participants will understand the difference between schedules and routines.
3. Participants will identify ways to implement visual support for schedules and routines.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
